The present dryer is designed for drying noodles, mushroom, fruit and vegetables. It is made of insulation plates covered with painted sheets that ensure a good heat insulation (a low usage of electric energy) and a long durability of the equipment. All the dressings are made of polished stainless steel, which considerably increase aesthetis and usage advantages of the dryer. Specially shaped ari cycle guides, made by Italian specialists, allowed us to increase the effectiveness, which is connected with a decrease in the usage of energy by about 30% as compared to other dryesrs. A microprocessor supervises the correctness of the process of drying in our dryer. It alloes to program nine different programs of drying. Every program can consist maximally of five stages. The following parameters are subject to control in every stage: temperature, humidity, time of work of fans, time of breaks in the fun fans’ functioning, and the time of the stage’s duration. An aesthetically designed control panel aloows to the user to program it easil and it constantly informs about the course of the drying process. Thanks to a module construction, it is possible to transport the dryer in elements and to assembly it in rooms with small doors or located upstairs.
